Application procedure

The information here is gathered to make it easier for international students interested in studying at the Faculty of Medicine in Banja Luka. Here you can read more about the entry and English language requirements for the study programme, how to submit your application and what you can expect after applying.

The application procedure consists of the following steps:

Filling in the application form (See application form here)
Submitting the admission documentation to the Faculty (see Entry requirements)
Entrance Exam (see Entrance Exam)
Applying for student visa and invitation letter, needed for certain countries (see Visas and Immigration)
Registration
Nostrification of the foreign school diploma (see Nostrification)
Arrival to Banja Luka and the on-arrival processes

Admitted students are obliged to submit the following documents for the registration:

two photographs
Student’s Course and Grade Book (“Index”) – provided by students’ affairs office
Student’s Registration Form (“ŠV Obrazac”) – provided by students’ affairs office
proof of payment of the tuition fee for the first semester
compulsory health insurance per year
