„Dental Clinic“ Specialist Centre

The „Dental Clinic” Specialist Centre has been operating within the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Banja Luka for a certain time and with great success. It is the most modern and best-equipped Centre of its kind in the Republic of Srpska, the goal of which is to provide dental services and education of professional staff in all areas of dentistry.

The “Dental Clinic” is the only organisational unit of the University which offers its services to citizens, in addition to its educational function. The patients have the opportunity to receive complete service in one place, provided by renowned experts in a pleasant environment equipped according to world standards.

Thanks to the contract with the Health Insurance Fund, as well as contracts with most health centres of Republic of Srpska, the doors of the Clinic are open to all citizens with a health insurance card, for all specialties:

• Dental prosthetics,
• Jaw orthopedics,
• Dental and endodontic diseases,
• Periodontology and oral medicine,
• Pediatric and preventive dentistry.

Within the “Dental Clinic” all types of prosthetic restorations and orthodontic appliances are made in the contemporary Dental Technical Laboratory. The Clinic also has modern X-ray machines for intraoral and extraoral imaging, which contributes to the diagnosis and therefore to the plan of treatment of dental diseases.

Because of the engagement of excellent professors from Belgrade and Novi Sad, as well as renowned specialists, the Clinic offers creative application of professional knowledge specific to complex cases and demands, such as jaw and tooth deformities.
