The Medical Specialist Centre

The Medical Specialist Centre of the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Banja Luka started operating on 1 April 2019. The Centre is an organisational unit of the Faculty of Medicine, where professors of the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Banja Luka and specialists employed in the professor bases of the Faculty of Medicine provide services. 

The primary goal of the Centre is to treat patients, as well as to educate students; therefore, the Centre is available to all citizens and the doctors are assistant professors, associate and full professors employed at the Faculty of Medicine. While scheduling an appointment, the patients may choose which professor will treat them and the payment is made according to the prices regulated by Health Insurance Fund of the Republic of Srpska. The Centre provides all conservative examinations including the Department of Ophthalmology, Otorhinolaryngology, Glandular and Abdominal Diseases.

At the Medical Specialist Centre, the following services will be provided:

1. Specialist examinations 
2. Laboratory tests 
3. Ultrasound diagnostics.

Medical certificates

At the Medical Specialist Centre, systematic examinations will also be conducted, in addition to the mentioned examinations. Future freshmen are issued medical certificates which are required for applying upon the Call for applications for the admissions of students to the University of Banja Luka.

The Medical Specialist Centre is located in the fourth pavilion of the Student Centre in the Student City, Bulevar vojvode Petra Bojovića 1 on the Campus. Interested parties can receive all information on 051 / 301-324 during working hours.
